It can be a bit scary to buy your engagement ring online, but we make it super easy. Here is what you get with your purchase:
1. Every single engagement ring is made-to-order. We make it specifically for you.
2. You get a ring box with your engagement ring
3. An appraisal & any certificates that come with the stone you purchased.
4. Free cleaning & inspection on your ring lifetime warranty. All customers who are NOT in San Diego, CA are responsible for shipping charges. We recommend getting it cleaned and inspected by us at least once every 6 months.

5. Your engagement ring will be securely packaged and delivered via Fedex.
6. Delivery & pickup of your package:
Please note*All orders $1000 or more will be shipped via Fedex & Held for secured pickup
Due to COVID- shipping companies no longer allow signature upon pickup. Which means if no one is home and you miss the delivery they'll just leave the package, our insurance expires the moment the delivery is complete. For this reason we are shipping it with hold for pickup.
Hold for pickup means we'll send the package to the closest FedEx Shipping location near you. And you can pick it up with your ID once it arrives!
Once you place your order you will get an E-mail. Please reply to that E-mail with a Fedex Mail & ship office location closest to you. This is to ensure the timely & secure delivery of your purchase.
