All orders must be paid in full before shipping and include insured UPS 2-day delivery (for orders over $2000) within the U.S. Only an adult 21+ must sign for delivery. Any address changes after confirmation will incur fees. Clients are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs if packages are returned due to failed delivery. Diamond Daughters is not liable for loss, damage, or delays once shipments are with the carrier.

All orders minimum of $1,000.00 and over include free insured Shipping.

We use UPS & Fedex to ship and it is signature required.

You will receive an E-mail in order to coordinate a shipping window time that works for you.

We offer two payment plans.

• You have the option of paying the full amount. Once payment is made, we start working on your order.
• You have the option of making two payments. The first payment is half of the total amount as a deposit to get started on your order. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks later.
• Once full payment is made, we are able to ship the ring or you can pick up in person if you would like.

If you are local and you live in the area of san Diego or close by, you can pick up in person. You will be contacted for pickup/delivery and you can let us know if you would like to pickup. You will be asked to book a 'Pick-Up' appointment
