How will my order be shipped?

All orders $900 or less will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

All orders $1000 or more will be shipped via Fedex & Held for secured pickup

Your order will soon be ready to ship!

Due to COVID- shipping companies no longer allow signature upon pickup. Which means if no one is home and you miss the delivery they'll just leave the package, our insurance expires the moment the delivery is complete. For this reason we are shipping it with hold for pickup.

Hold for pickup means we'll send the package to the closest FedEx Shipping location near you. And you can pick it up with your ID once it arrives!

Once you place your order you will get an E-mail. Please reply to that E-mail with a Fedex Mail & ship location closest to you. This is to ensure the timely & secure delivery of your purchase. 

 Where is my package? 

Orders that are $900.00 and below will be shipped via USPS

* Due to COVID, all orders will take longer than usual. Packages may be lost by the shipping company, Diamond Daughters is not responsible for the delays or lost packages. If you think your package may have been lost or is taking too long, please contact us via E-mail info@thediamonddaughters.com explaining the shipping delay. We will gladly contact the shipping company and try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
